Cancellation Policy
To reserve your appointment, a credit card is required. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Cancellations or changes within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service cost.
We provide courtesy reminders by email/text 72 hours and 24 hours before your appointment.
If we are unable to process your card, the cancellation fee must be paid before booking your next service.
